Fenichey Agent Referral Program Policy

Purpose:

At Fenichey, we believe that our team members are our greatest asset, and often, the best new hires are those referred by our current employees and agents. To encourage and reward referrals, we are pleased to introduce the Fenichey Agent Referral Program.

Policy Overview:

This policy outlines the guidelines and rewards associated with referring potential new agents or employees to Fenichey.

Eligibility:

All current Fenichey employees and independent agents are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program, with the exception of senior management and any HR personnel involved in the hiring process.

Referral Reward:

• The referrer will receive a referral bonus equivalent to up to 10% of the new agent’s or employee’s generated margins for the period of one year from the date of hire.
• The referral bonus will be calculated and paid with regular commission payments to ensure accurate margin tracking.
• The referral bonus is contingent upon the referred agent or employee remaining in good standing with Fenichey for the one-year period.

Referral Process:

• Submission: Referrers should submit the referral’s contact information along with a brief introduction or resume to the HR department or designated referral program manager.
• Verification: Fenichey management will verify the referral’s eligibility and inform the referrer of the referral’s status.
• Hiring: If the referral is hired, the referrer will be notified, and the one-year tracking period for the referral bonus will commence.

Conditions:

• Referrals must represent the referrer’s genuine recommendation and must not be based on any obligation or expectation of reciprocation.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to Fenichey within the last six months and must not have previously been employed by Fenichey.\

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or clarifications regarding the referral bonus or program should be directed to Fenichey senior management for resolution.

Policy Modification:

Fenichey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Employee Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
