Attention New Carrier Partners
Please be advised that we have the following rule requirements in addition to those on the next page of our carrier application process.
1. NO FACTORING THROUGH CROSSROADS SERVICES LLC
We will not honor their NOA and will not pay this company
2. We require General Liability and Workers Comp insurances. There is a liability waiver on the next page. If these insurances are not listed on you Certificate of Insurance you must accept the waiver or you cannot be added.
3. Double brokers will not be paid. All payments will go to the carrier that actually hauled the freight.
